    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  2. Valid Reasons for Return/Refund:
    • Only factory defects will be considered for refunds or exchanges.
    • If a product is defective or an item is missing, customers must contact us immediately via call or inbox message, providing a picture of the defective/missing item for verification.
  3. Conditions for Return:
    • The defective item must be sent to our Head Office for quality inspection.
    • After inspection, if the issue falls under our policy, we will either replace the item with a new one or process a refund for the paid price.
  4. Non-Eligible Returns/Refunds:
    • Any used product will not be eligible for return or refund.
    • Damages occurring after purchase and careful screening by the customer will not be accepted.
